What is Ceramic Material?

When it comes to ceramics mentioned above, most people would easily associate the material of ceramics and porcelain. Today, the ceramics can be found in many advanced applications, not only as water containers.

Advanced Ceramics in Mechanical Engineering are used in industries such as automotive. Ceramics are able to withstand extreme temperatures and abrasive conditions. These ceramics are coated on metal surfaces to further improve the physical properties of the parts in use.
